Term And Condition

BOOKING

1. Reservations can be made through our website by accessing the guest section and sending an inquiry. Our team will promptly respond to your inquiry. Alternatively, you can contact us via the WhatsApp number provided on our website.
2. Last-minute reservations made one day prior (H-1) are only available for overland tour packages on the mainland of Flores. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
3. The prices listed in the package offers are subject to change until the tour is confirmed.
4. The listed prices are not valid during Holiday/Raya periods, and additional charges will apply for tours during these periods.
5. For open trips, the schedule and participants may vary.
6. All reservations will be confirmed once payment is received.

PAYMENT

1. Payment can be made through the bank transfer details provided in the confirmation invoice.
2. A 50% deposit payment for the tour is required maximum after the confirmation.
3. Please send us the payment proof.
4. Full payment must be settled by H-3.

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellations made by the customer after the deposit payment is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation after full payment:
   • H-14: 50% refund of the tour fee.
   • D-7: No refund of the tour fee.

FORCE MAJEURE

1. Cancellation of ferry schedules due to weather conditions is beyond our responsibility.
2. Cancellation of flight schedules is beyond our responsibility.
3. It is mandatory to have your own travel insurance.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Your personal information is safe with us.
